Who we are

Neez Studio is a digital studio that designs and builds websites, e-commerce stores, business applications and AI systems. This policy covers https://neezstudio.com and its regional and demo subdomains.

What we collect

We do not ask for anything we do not need to reply to you. There is no account system on this site and nothing to log in to.

• What you send us in a form. Your name, and whichever of these the form asked for: business name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, business type, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget, and the project description you write.
• Basic technical data. Your IP address is used at request time to decide which version of the site to show you (Bangladesh, Dubai or international) and to rate-limit form submissions. We do not store an IP-to-person record.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. Where Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel are enabled, they record page views and which buttons were clicked. These load only after the page is interactive and are blocked by any standard content blocker.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
• To keep the contact form usable — the rate limit and the hidden anti-spam field exist to stop automated submissions.
• To understand which pages and services people actually engage with, so the site gets better rather than bigger.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our own inbox or CRM. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests on our behalf. Where analytics are enabled, Google and Meta process that data under their own terms. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else.

Cookies

The site sets one first-party cookie of its own, neez_region_preview, and only when a regional preview link is used. It stores a region name, expires after eight hours, and is never used to identify you. Analytics tools, when enabled, set their own cookies — your browser settings and any content blocker you use control those.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email robin@neezstudio.com or message +8801884826949 on WhatsApp and we will action it within 30 days. No reason is required.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who receives it, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
